Slovakia blocks 20th EU sanctions package against Russia over 'Druzhba'

Slovakia intends to block the adoption of the 20th package of EU sanctions against Russia until it receives guarantees for the resumption of the 'Druzhba' oil pipeline's operation.

As reported by the ČTK agency, this was stated by the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the republic, Juraj Blanár.
