In Azerbaijan, the procedure for bonus payments to state structure employees will be reviewed
Upper limits (caps) on salary supplements, bonuses, and other payments made from extra-budgetary funds, as well as income from the activities of organizations funded by the state budget, will be determined.
As reported by 1news.az with reference to Trend, relevant instructions have been given to the Ministry of Finance in this regard.
Thus, the Ministry of Finance, in coordination with the relevant state bodies (public legal entities), the list of which will be determined during the implementation process, is required to submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers within 5 months on establishing upper limits for salary supplements, bonuses, and other payments made from extra-budgetary funds and income from the activities of organizations funded by the state budget.
