Major General of the Armenian Armed Forces Grigory Khachaturov has been declared wanted.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia.

"On December 25, 2025, as a result of considering a complaint for a special review of the decision to apply arrest as a preventive measure against the accused Major General Grigory Khachaturov, the Appellate Anti-Corruption Court decided to impose arrest as a preventive measure against him. A wanted notice has been issued for G. Khachaturov," the statement said, as reported by Armenian media.

On December 1, 2023, the preventive measure for Grigory Khachaturov was changed, and he was released from arrest under administrative supervision.

Khachaturov has been charged with money laundering on a particularly large scale and abuse of official powers. General Khachaturov is the son of the former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov, against whom a criminal case was previously initiated in Armenia on charges of overthrowing the constitutional order in 2008.
