Jurgen Klopp officially signs contract with Germany national team

German coach Jurgen Klopp has signed a contract with the Germany national team.

The specialist's agreement with the national team will run until 2030. The official announcement will take place today, July 24. This was reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano on social network X.

"Jurgen Klopp has signed a contract with Germany as the new head coach, the official confirmation and presentation will take place today. So, no doubt: Klopp will work until July 2030, it will be announced," wrote Romano.

The Germany national team exited the 2026 World Cup after a loss in the round of 16 to the Paraguay national team — 1:1, 3:4 on penalties. Previously, the German team was led by Julian Nagelsmann.
