Azerbaijan’s export value to Armenia exceeds $11 million
Azerbaijan exported goods worth $11.273 million to Armenia in January-May 2026.
As the State Customs Committee informed Report, $1.627 million of that amount was in May.
The value of Azerbaijan’s indirect imports from Armenia over the five months totaled just $960. No imports from the country took place last month.
It should be recalled that in January-May 2026 Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries totaling $20.788 billion, which is 0.85% less than in the same period last year.
Exports accounted for $13.97 billion of the foreign trade turnover and imports for $6.818 billion. Over the past year exports rose 27% while imports fell 31.6%.
As a result, foreign trade posted a positive balance of $7.152 billion, 6.9 times higher year-on-year.
