In Baku, driver under the influence of drugs did not comply with lawful police demands

In the Binagadi district of the capital, measures of responsibility were taken against the driver who intentionally failed to comply with the lawful demands of police officers.

As reported by 1news.az citing Avtosfer.az, it was established that Israfil Aliyev, who was wanted, was driving a Hyundai car (state registration plate 99-QP-750) belonging to his father while under the influence of narcotics. The materials collected against him were sent for consideration to the court.

By the court decision, I. Aliyev was found guilty of illegal use of narcotic drugs and intentional disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers and was subjected to administrative arrest for a period of 30 days.
