This weekend, UFC will hold the historic UFC Freedom 250 tournament on the grounds of the White House.
As 1news.az reports, on June 14 (Baku time June 15, 04:00) in Washington (USA), a unique sporting event will take place, timed to the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America.
The tournament will feature seven fights. The main event of the evening will be a title fight in the lightweight division between current champion Ilia Topuria and interim champion Justin Gaethje. In the co-main event, Alex Pereira and Ciryl Gane will meet in a fight for the interim UFC heavyweight title.
UFC is currently completing final preparations for one of the most significant events in its history. The tournament will be the first professional sporting event to take place on the grounds of the official residence of the U.S. president.
