Mauro Icardi has been banned from driving a car in Argentina until 2099.
The decision was made after a video showing a traffic violation appeared on social media, Yahoo Sports reports.
In the footage, the 33-year-old Argentine is driving a car through the grounds of a gated residential complex. His companion, China Suarez, unfastens her seat belt while the car is moving, climbs through the window and leans out of the car up to her waist.
A check by the authorities showed that at that moment Icardi did not have a valid driver's license.
His Italian license, as reported, was supposed to have been reissued and renewed in Buenos Aires back in May 2019.
The Ministry of Transport of Buenos Aires Province accused the footballer of gross negligence, since the driver is responsible for the safety of everyone in the car.
