Sabah's success in Champions League earns Azerbaijan important points in UEFA ranking

Azerbaijan has moved closer to Israel in the UEFA coefficients table.

As Report reports, the gap was narrowed thanks to Sabah's victory over Finnish KuPS (1:0) in the first match of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.

After this success, Azerbaijan's coefficient rose to 1.750.

Currently, Azerbaijan with 20.312 points occupies 26th place in the UEFA coefficients table, while Israel, one position higher, has 20.750 points.

England leads the UEFA ranking with 101.852 points.
