FIFA President Gianni Infantino has arrived in Azerbaijan on a visit.

As AFFA told AZERTAC, as part of the visit, the president of the national association Rovshan Najaf and Gianni Infantino visited the football base under construction in the settlement of Govsan, where the matches of the FIFA U-15 World Cup and festival will be held. The FIFA president was provided with detailed information about the progress of construction work at the complex, which consists of 10 football fields, as well as about the process of preparing for the tournament.

The FIFA U-15 World Cup and festival will be held for the first time.
