Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will not personally participate in the UN Security Council meeting in New York due to visa issues.
This was stated by the official representative of the Islamic Republic's Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baghaei.
"Taking into account all circumstances, this trip will not take place. In addition, we have encountered a problem related to the American visa," the ISNA agency quoted him as saying.
