So commented Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the journalist's words that congratulations on the election victory from the Russian Federation have not yet followed.

Earlier, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that the Kremlin refrains from assessing the elections in Armenia until the final results are announced.
