Whitcoff: Aliyev has completely changed the direction of Azerbaijan's development
At an investment forum in Miami, the U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Whitcoff, highlighted several world leaders during his speech, including President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
"There are many young but exceptional leaders in the world. And I think they can become a hope for the entire world. By the way, President (Trump – ed.) is close to all of them. Look at President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev – he has completely changed the direction of his country's development," Whitcoff stated. "I think the 'Council of Peace' truly brings together many people who share the same views."
