Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense leadership oversees tactical exercises - PHOTO

The leadership of the Ministry of Defense and other officials observed the progress of tactical exercises with live firing conducted at the N-th military unit, according to the press service of the defense ministry.

Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov was briefed on the map about the theme of the exercises, their stages, and the order of their conduct.

It should be noted that the main goal of the tactical exercises, conducted in accordance with the training plan for the current year, is to improve commanders' skills in making operational decisions in line with the new operational concept developed based on modern combat methods, enhance their ability to manage units in coordination, and improve the theoretical and practical skills of the personnel.

The leadership of the Ministry of Defense highly appreciated the tactical actions of the units and the combat readiness of the personnel.
