Ilham Aliyev signs decree on additional measures to support operations of Alyat Free Economic Zone
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures to support the operations of the Alyat Free Economic Zone (FEZ).
In accordance with the decree, a land plot located in the administrative territory of the Alyat settlement in the Garadagh district of Baku, designated as part of the Alyat FEZ territory, covering an area of 1,453.09 hectares of state-owned land as indicated in the land management plan prepared by the Ministry of Economy, is transferred to the authorized body of the Alyat FEZ for indefinite, free, and permanent use.
The Ministry of Economy and the authorized body of the Alyat Free Economic Zone have been tasked with addressing issues arising from this decree.
