Kremlin will wait for election results in Armenia before congratulating Pashinyan
Russia prefers to wait for the official voting results in Armenia before sending congratulations to Nikol Pashinyan on his victory in the elections.
This was noted at a briefing by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
"Here it is important to wait for some final official results," the Kremlin representative emphasized. "We prefer to wait for some official conclusions after all."
Peskov explained that during the voting, messages about numerous violations came from Armenia, so official results are especially important.
