Baku to host the CAMCA Regional Forum for the first time

On October 1–2, Baku will host for the first time the annual CAMCA (Central Asia, Mongolia, Caucasus and Afghanistan) Regional Forum, dedicated to promoting dialogue, cooperation, and sustainable economic development in Central Asia, Mongolia, the South Caucasus, and Afghanistan.

As AZERTAC reports, the forum, which will be held for the 12th time, will bring together various stakeholders representing government, business, academic circles, civil society, and other spheres.

Having taken shape as an important platform for high-level dialogue and engagement, the CAMCA Regional Forum has, since its founding in 2014, focused its main attention on strengthening regional ties, exchanging best practices, as well as establishing strategic partnerships aimed at addressing common challenges and opportunities. Through encouraging open discussions, the forum sets itself the goal of contributing to the development of innovative solutions and the strengthening of regional integration.

Paying particular attention to the exchange of knowledge and experience, the CAMCA Regional Forum represents a unique platform for establishing connections, for cooperation between a new generation and experienced leaders, as well as for their contribution to the development and future of the region. The forum's agenda includes issues of economic growth, security, governance, innovation, and others.

Through the initiatives it implements and the meetings it organizes annually, the CAMCA Regional Forum demonstrates its commitment to the further development of cooperation and to ensuring long-term well-being in this important region of the world.

To date, the forum has been organized 11 times, bringing together more than 2,000 participants and over 560 speakers from more than 40 countries.
