Iran promises reward to women for capturing U.S. troops

Iran's army is ready to pay Iranian women about $40,000 for capturing a U.S. serviceman in the event of a ground invasion.

This was stated by a representative of the Iranian army, General Mohammad Akraminia.

According to him, every Iranian who provides the body of or takes prisoner an American serviceman who has invaded the country's territory will receive 50 billion rials — about $20,000. For women, the payment will be 100 billion rials, equivalent to approximately $40,000.

Akraminia also noted that Iran is ready to consider the possibility of cash payments to residents of other countries in the region for similar actions.
