An unusual interactive installation by American artist Beeple has opened at the New National Gallery in Berlin.

The exhibition features robot-dogs with hyper-realistic silicone heads modeled after well-known global figures, including Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Andy Warhol, and Pablo Picasso.

The project is titled Ordinary Animals. According to the artist’s concept, each device generates visual images using artificial intelligence, interpreting reality through the character and worldview of the personality it symbolizes. For instance, the robot resembling Picasso creates compositions with elements of cubism, while the Warhol version produces works in the pop art aesthetic.

As the exhibition organizers note, the installation explores the influence of digital platforms and algorithms on modern human perception. According to the artist, a significant part of today’s visual world is shaped by technology corporations and their owners, who control information flows and decide which content becomes visible to the audience.

The work was first presented at Art Basel Miami Beach 2025, after which it embarked on a European museum tour. The Berlin exhibition has already garnered widespread interest due to its combination of robotics, satire, and critique of the digital age.
