Fire breaks out at hotel in Istanbul, 12 people injured

A fire broke out at a hotel in the Bakırköy district of Istanbul, Turkey.

As 1news.az reports citing TRT Haber, 12 people were injured as a result of the fire.

The blaze, which started on the first floor of the six-story hotel, engulfed the building's facade.

"Seven people who were left helpless on the upper floors were evacuated, and 12 injured people were taken to the hospital," the television channel notes.
