Foreign ministers and heads of CIS states to gather in Turkmenistan

A meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS member states will be held on October 7 in the city of Turkmenbashi on the Caspian Sea coast, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reported.

In turn, the heads of state of the Commonwealth countries will gather for a summit on October 9.

In 2026, Turkmenistan holds the chairmanship of the CIS bodies.
