Russia and Ukraine conducted a prisoner exchange

Russia and Ukraine carried out another prisoner exchange — this time according to the formula “160 to 160,” the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

The returned Russian servicemen are currently on the territory of Belarus, where Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova is working with them.

The United Arab Emirates provided mediation efforts of a humanitarian nature during the return of Russian servicemen from Ukrainian captivity.
