Armenian CEC: Pashinyan's party preliminarily received 49.81% of votes - updated

The Central Election Commission of Armenia has counted the voting results at all 2005 polling stations.

According to the preliminary data of the CEC, the main competing political forces received the following number of votes:

Civil Contract party – 49.81%

Strong Armenia bloc – 23.29%

Armenia bloc – 9.94%

Prosperous Armenia party – 4%

The total number of voters was 1,476,916.

Parliamentary elections were held in Armenia on June 7. 16 parties and two blocs participated in them.

As of 09:00 on June 8, the Central Election Commission of Armenia has counted the voting results at 1963 out of 2005 polling stations.

According to preliminary data from the CEC, the main competing political forces received the following number of votes:

Party "Civil Contract" – 49.83% (707,448);

Bloc "Strong Armenia" – 23.35% (331,488);

Bloc "Armenia" – 9.93% (141,001);

Party "Prosperous Armenia" – 3.98% (56,449);

The remaining parties have not yet overcome the 4% threshold.

As of 08:00 on June 8, the Central Election Commission of Armenia has counted the voting results from 1878 out of 2005 polling stations.

According to preliminary data from the CEC, the main competing political forces received the following number of votes:

Party "Civil Contract" – 50.25% (669 996);

Bloc "Strong Armenia" – 23.31% (310 752);

Bloc "Armenia" – 9.78% (130 364);

Party "Prosperous Armenia" – 4.02% (53 535).

Other parties have not yet overcome the 4% threshold.
