Hikmet Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan hold meeting in Armenian city of Dilijan
A working meeting between Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev and Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan took place in the city of Dilijan (Armenia).
As reported by 1news.az, during the negotiations the parties discussed a number of issues related to the Azerbaijani-Armenian peace agenda.
The importance of continuing bilateral dialogue within the framework of efforts aimed at strengthening lasting peace and stability in the region was emphasized.
The parties also exchanged views on confidence-building measures between the civil societies of the two countries.
Following the meeting, Hikmet Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan decided to continue contacts at the working level and confirmed that the next meeting will take place in Azerbaijan.
