Zelensky: armed forces of Ukraine struck two oil refineries in Russia
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck two oil refineries in Russia at night.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on social media.
"Our military began Constitution Day of Ukraine (June 28 - ed.) with great precision. At night, as a result of long-range strikes, the Slavyansk oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai was hit - about 300 km from the front line, as well as an oil refinery in Yaroslavl Oblast - about 700 km from our border," he specified.
According to Zelensky, the AFU will continue to carry out similar operations to weaken Russia's potential to conduct combat operations against Ukraine.
"Each of our long-range strikes means fewer resources serving the Russian military machine, and another step towards peace. We will continue to respond to Russian aggression. I am grateful to everyone who helps us. Everyone who defends Ukraine also defends the strength of the Constitution," the Ukrainian leader concluded.
