Joint special forces exercises of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey 'Caucasian Eagle - 2026' conclude in Georgia
Joint tactical-special maneuvers of special units from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey "Caucasian Eagle - 2026" successfully concluded at the Mukhrovani military base near Tbilisi.
According to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, high-ranking guests from the participating countries attended the closing ceremony of the "Caucasian Eagle - 2026" exercises. The speakers congratulated the servicemen on the successful completion of the program and expressed satisfaction with the level of interaction between the special forces of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. The importance of these maneuvers for strengthening regional security, defense and increasing the combat readiness of personnel was particularly noted.
As part of the practical phase of the exercises, special forces units completed a set of tasks: they carried out a raid on a simulated target, cleared a building in small groups, practiced engineering demolition skills, performed helicopter descents and neutralized a simulated enemy. High-ranking officers observed the operations and gave high marks to the professionalism and coordination of the participants.
