Azerbaijani foreign minister may visit Russia in July

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov may visit Russia in July this year.

This was reported to Report by Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Evdokimov.

"Currently, the process of coordinating the date of the visit of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to Moscow is underway. The peculiarity is that both ministers - both Bayramov and Sergey Lavrov - have an extremely busy work schedule, and therefore the visit is likely to take place in July. At the moment, the specific date is being clarified," the diplomat noted.

M. Evdokimov emphasized that in September, Azerbaijan is scheduled to host an international defense exhibition (ADEX), where the Russian defense minister may participate.

Recall that from September 30 to October 2, 2026, the 6th Azerbaijani international defense exhibition will be held in Baku.
