From June 16 to 19, 2026, the 14th Private Sector Forum of the Islamic Development Bank Group (PSF 2026) will be held at the Baku Congress Center.

As reported by 1news.az, the event is organized by affiliated structures of the Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDB) — the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC), the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), and the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) in cooperation with the IsDB Group Business Forum (THIQAH).

The forum will be held as part of the annual meetings of the IsDB Group and is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) under the high patronage of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

The event will take place under the slogan “Regional Integration for Sustainable Prosperity” and will be dedicated to strengthening the role of the private sector in ensuring sustainable economic growth, expanding trade and investment, as well as developing strategic partnerships between IsDB member countries.

The forum will serve as a platform for discussing prospects in the fields of infrastructure, energy, technology, healthcare, and finance, as well as opportunities for expanding cross-border trade and investment.

The program includes high-level panel discussions, B2B and B2G meetings, startup events, and experience-sharing sessions. Special attention will be given to supporting entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized businesses, developing innovations, and strengthening public-private partnerships.

More than 1,500 representatives of governments, international organizations, financial institutions, business associations, investment agencies, large companies, and the business community are expected to participate.

Within the framework of the forum, a specialized exhibition of investment projects and services, a startup competition, and a ceremony for awarding the Islamic Development Bank Group recognition awards for contributions to economic development and promotion of trade will also be organized.

Among the key speakers are ICIEC CEO and Acting CEO of ICD Dr. Khalid Khalafalla, ITFC CEO Engineer Adeeb Yousef Al-Aama, as well as other heads of international organizations, business representatives, and experts.
