The state and prospects of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and France were discussed in Baku between the assistant to the Azerbaijani leader – head of the department for foreign policy issues of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev and the advisor to the French leader Bertrand Buchwalter.

In the spirit of the phone conversation held last month between President Ilham Aliyev and President Emmanuel Macron, we reviewed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and France. There was also an exchange of views on regional processes and issues of mutual interest», wrote Hajiyev on social media.
