Baku and Berlin discussed supplies of Azerbaijani gas to Germany

Azerbaijan's Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov met with Germany's Ambassador to Baku Dirk Lölke.

As 1news.az reports citing the Ministry of Energy, the meeting discussed supplies of Azerbaijani gas to Germany, the development of renewable energy, and the strengthening of power grids.

The parties also reviewed the prospects for exporting "green" energy to Europe via the "Caspian — Black Sea — Europe Green Energy Corridor."

During the meeting, mutual interest was noted in expanding cooperation in the field of energy security and the transition to clean energy, as well as in the oil and gas industry, the development of renewable energy sources, and improving energy efficiency.
