Overchuk: no one wants Armenia to leave the EAEU
No one wants Armenia to leave the EAEU, including as stated by its leadership, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said.
“You know, the situation is very strange, nontrivial, because no one wants Armenia to leave the EAEU, and the leaders of Armenia also state that they do not want to leave the EAEU,” Overchuk noted.
He added that Russia would like Armenia to remain in the EAEU. “We are for Armenia to remain in the EAEU and prosper and develop further at the same pace as they have done all these recent years while they were in the EAEU,” the deputy prime minister said.
