Another passenger of MV Hondius liner infected with hantavirus in Spain

Another case of hantavirus has been detected in Spain in a passenger of the cruise liner MV Hondius.

This is reported by TASS, citing the Spanish Ministry of Health.

The new positive case of hantavirus was confirmed after a PCR test in one of the Spanish citizens who were in quarantine at the military hospital in Madrid. Specialized medical observation and special safety measures will be carried out in relation to the infected person.
