State Duma deputies will hand over phones before entering plenary session hall

Chairman of the State Duma of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin instructed to make a decision banning deputies from bringing phones into the hall of plenary sessions.

He stated this during the plenary session.

"Colleagues, maybe after all, when coming to work in this hall and making responsible decisions, we will leave phones in our offices <…> We will make a decision and change [the procedure for bringing phones into the hall]," he said.
