Trump admits he cursed at Netanyahu with profanity

U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed in an interview with the New York Post that during his most recent phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu he reprimanded the latter in profane language and called him a "damn lunatic."

“I was somewhat concerned about his constant feud with Lebanon,” Trump noted, speaking about the reasons for such words addressed to the Israeli prime minister.

At the same time, the U.S. president added that he continues to productively cooperate with Netanyahu and still has a good attitude toward the head of the Israeli government. “I am a wartime president. And he is a wartime prime minister,” Trump emphasized.

Earlier, the Axios portal reported, citing sources, that Trump in a phone conversation with Netanyahu profanely criticized Israel's actions in Lebanon because they jeopardize negotiations with Iran.
