In Dagestan, teenager detained as organizer of terrorist network

The minor administrator of the largest international terrorist online community detained in Dagestan is involved in organizing 15 terrorist crimes in 10 regions of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the Center for Public Relations (CPR) of the FSB.

"Confirmed involvement of the detainee in organizing at least 15 crimes of a terrorist nature in 10 regions of Russia. All perpetrators have been detained, and procedural decisions have been taken against them," the FSB noted.

The special service said that the detainee trained recruited radicals in the tactics of committing terrorist attacks and mass murders, provided them with means of terror, instructions for making homemade explosive devices, and applying measures of secrecy.

It is also reported that the terrorist online community, of which the Dagestani teenager was the administrator, and his Ukrainian curators organized arson of cars and churches in the US and European countries; these acts of terror were coordinated by agents of the Ukrainian special services. In 2025-2026, in various cities of the US and European countries, participants of the community organized arson and damage to more than 20 civilian vehicles and a Christian church.

They also carried out the distribution of false reports about the mining of educational institutions and social facilities.
