Russia and Ukraine exchange detained civilians

Recently appointed ombudsman Yana Lantratova stated that Russia and Ukraine carried out an exchange of detained civilians according to the "7 for 7" formula.

Negotiations on the return of civilians, according to Lantratova, took place on the territory of Belarus three weeks ago.
"Yesterday, an exchange of prisoners of war took place 160 for 160. And today we are returning civilians home," Lantratova stated.
