Head of fuel and lubricants warehouse of one of the units of the Armenian Ministry of Defense accused of stealing diesel fuel

The head of the fuel and lubricants warehouse of one of the military units in Armenia is accused of stealing diesel fuel, the Anti-Corruption Committee reports.

According to the investigation, the official in 2026 agreed with the worker-driver of the military unit to remove diesel fuel from the territory of the military unit.

The fuel was removed from the unit's territory and later discovered by military police officers.

Both individuals have been charged with theft, they admitted guilt and gave confessional statements.

The investigation is complete, the materials have been sent to court.
