A drone washed ashore in Istanbul - VIDEO

On the Black Sea coast, at Karaburun beach in the Arnavutköy district, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was found that could presumably have been loaded with ammunition.

In the morning, people relaxing on the shore noticed the find and reported it to coast guard personnel. SAS (underwater defense teams) sappers were dispatched to the scene. After inspecting the device, a decision was made to destroy it directly on the spot.

In Turkey's Black Sea provinces, fragments of UAVs, including ones with explosives, have repeatedly been found recently. An unmanned boat has also washed ashore and was neutralized by sappers.
