Seven people killed in Russian strike on Ukrzaliznytsia depot in Kyiv

On the night of Tuesday, Russian forces struck a railway depot and other rail facilities in Kyiv with ballistic missiles; seven people were killed in the attacks, including six employees of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways).

This was reported on Facebook by the head of Ukrzaliznytsia, Oleksandr Pertsovskyi.

According to him, the strike was targeted; one employee was hospitalized with injuries and is receiving the necessary care.

The head of the company spoke about extensive destruction: a workshop next to the depot was completely destroyed, and rescuers are still putting out a number of fires.

Traffic was temporarily halted on two lines because of the strike.
