No longer secret: Pentagon staff allowed to talk about UFOs
The Pentagon has allowed current and former employees to pass on to authorized officials classified information about UFOs that they obtained during their work.
This was reported by the U.S. military department.
The new rule applies to service members, employees, and contractors of the Pentagon who had access to classified information about unidentified anomalous phenomena. They will be able to pass such information to representatives of the presidential task force on anomalous phenomena, PURSUE.
The department explained that employees will be able to provide information without the risk of civil or administrative sanctions. The new exception also lifts restrictions established by nondisclosure agreements and documents on access to especially secret programs.
