Media: Azerbaijan has confirmed its participation in Eurovision 2027
A number of specialized Eurovision media outlets have reported that Azerbaijan has allegedly confirmed its participation in Eurovision 2027, which will take place next May in Burgas, Bulgaria.
In particular, this is reported by Eurovisionfun and other specialized resources.
1news.az contacted Turab Teymurov, head of media of the Azerbaijani delegation at the Eurovision Song Contest. He neither confirmed nor denied the information that has emerged, noting that it is not official.
According to T. Teymurov, official information about Azerbaijan's participation will be published on the @ictimaitv.official page on the social network Instagram.
It should be noted that at the moment information about Azerbaijan's participation in Eurovision 2027 remains unofficial — the contest's official website has also not yet published the full list of Eurovision 2027 participants.
