Full multimillion bail posted for Yermak
Full bail has been posted for former head of the Office of the President (OP) of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.
This is reported by the Telegram channel “Politics of the Country” citing the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) of Ukraine.
“The full amount of bail has already been posted for Yermak — 140 million hryvnia (more than $3.164 million),” the publication says.
On the morning of May 14, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine decided to arrest Andriy Yermak for 60 days with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 140 million hryvnia. The investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office into the case against Yermak is a continuation of Operation “Midas” — investigative actions regarding Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s business partner Timur Mindich.
