Rubio states minor progress in negotiations on Iran
The United States and Iran have achieved minor progress in negotiations on a peace agreement, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated.
"Some minor progress has emerged. I do not want to exaggerate, but there is some movement forward, and that is good," Rubio said during a meeting of NATO foreign ministers, commenting on negotiations with Tehran.
