Tasnim: memorandum between Iran and US not yet agreed and approved

The draft agreement on resolving the conflict between Iran and the US has still not been agreed upon and approved.

The agency Tasnim reported this, citing a source close to the negotiating team.

"Claims by some Western sources that the text of the so-called memorandum of understanding between Iran and the US has been finally approved and is awaiting announcement do not correspond to reality. Iran has not yet informed the Pakistani mediator of the final approval of the text," the source notes.

Earlier, the portal Axios reported that US and Iran negotiators agreed on the draft memorandum of understanding.
