Trump reports on continuation of negotiations with Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that negotiations with Iran continue at a high pace.

"Talks with the Islamic Republic of Iran are continuing at a fast pace," he wrote on TruthSocial.

Earlier, Iranian media reported that Tehran decided to take a pause in negotiations with the U.S. in protest against the intensification of Israel's military operation in Lebanon.

After that, Trump reported that he achieved in a conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the Israeli armed forces would not strike Beirut and that in negotiations with Hezbollah he obtained the movement's consent to a ceasefire with Israel.
