Peskov names condition for ending conflict in Ukraine 'by end of day'

The conflict in Ukraine can be ended by the end of the day if Vladimir Zelensky gives his formations the order to leave the territory of Russian regions.

This was stated at a briefing by Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

"What concerns Zelensky and ending the war by the end of the year: the war can be ended by the end of the day, we have also repeatedly said this," the Kremlin representative commented on statements from Kyiv. "For this, Zelensky needs to give an order to his armed forces to leave the territory of Russian regions."
