In Turkey, 10 years in prison requested for 27 OnlyFans bloggers
Turkish prosecutors have requested 10 years in prison for 27 content creators on the OnlyFans platform on suspicion of money laundering and distributing erotic content.
The newspaper Hürriyet reported this on Wednesday.
According to the newspaper, some of the suspects in the case admitted guilt but claimed that they had regularly paid taxes on the income received from the platform. Others insisted that they had never used the platform or had not logged into their accounts for a long time, some of which were registered before the criminalization of OnlyFans in Turkey.
Based on the assessment of the suspects' actions, the Turkish prosecutor's office sent the indictment for consideration to the Istanbul criminal court.
