Trump is not concerned about the issue of power change in Iran
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the issue of power change in Iran is not a priority for him.
"Regarding power change, I have never been concerned with power change. This is already the third leadership [of Iran] that we are dealing with, and so far it is the most reasonable," he said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
Earlier, officials from the U.S., Iran, and Pakistan, which is acting as a mediator, confirmed the achievement of an agreement between Washington and Tehran. It is planned to be signed in Geneva on June 19. According to Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, during the 60-day ceasefire, the parties will discuss, among other things, Tehran's nuclear program.
