Pezeshkian: Iran did not seek and does not seek war

Iran is ready to continue diplomacy within the framework of international law.

As ISNA reports, this was stated by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian during a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

He emphasized the need to continue the diplomatic process to establish peace in the region.

"Iran did not seek and does not seek war. The illegal attack was carried out by the US and Israel," he noted.
