Jeyhun Bayramov and Hakan Fidan discuss regional security
A telephone conversation took place between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.
Report reports this, citing the press service of the Azerbaijani foreign ministry.
During the conversation, the sides discussed issues arising from the allied relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, the agenda of strategic cooperation between the two countries, as well as issues of interaction and coordination within international and regional organizations.
The ministers, emphasizing that the political dialogue at the highest level and mutual support between the fraternal countries form the basis of bilateral relations, noted the importance of continuing close cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
During the telephone conversation, there was also an exchange of views regarding the security situation in the region, processes occurring in the post-conflict period, and steps being taken towards ensuring regional peace and stability.
